The pump can effectively prevent impurities from depositing on the valve seat, ensuring the reliability of the valve seat seal, thereby improving pumping efficiency and extending the pump inspection cycle.
Structure and Working Principle
This pump is based on the whole barrel pump, and is composed of a drain body, a fixed valve, and an isolation sleeve at the lower end. They are connected with threads. An isolation sleeve is connected to the upper end of the fixed valve. The upper side of the isolation sleeve has a The oil outlet hole and the top of the isolation sleeve are threaded with a solid separation umbrella. The pump uses an isolation sleeve and separation umbrella installed on the fixed valve to allow various magazines to be deposited between the shell and the isolation sleeve through the oil outlet of the isolation sleeve, preventing them from being deposited on the valve seat and ensuring the seat of the valve ball. Sealing reliability extends the life of the pump. At the same time, the pump is made of anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials, and the surface is chrome-plated, which makes the pump have significant advantages of sand-proofing, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
