Product Introduction

The no-clean sucker rod wax scraper developed by our company is a wax scraper specially designed for raising and lowering the sucker rod during downhole operations in oil fields. The wax scraper adopts two methods: metal knife scraping wax and rubber wax scraping. When lifting the sucker rod, the hard wax and soft wax on the sucker rod can be scraped off and discharged from the wax discharge port of the wax scraper. The device has a simple structure, is easy to operate, is light in weight and is easy to use. It has two installation methods, flange connection and clamp head (hub) connection, making it very safe to use on site.

Structure and Working Principle：

The wax scraper mainly consists of a wellhead connection body, a wax scraper rubber core, a wax scraper blade holder assembly (the blade holder is inlaid with steel wax scraper blades suitable for sucker rods of different specifications), a spring, a pressure adjustment screw, a slag discharge It is composed of pipes, lifting nipples and other parts.

According to the different structures of the wellhead, if the flange connection method is used, the bottom flange is seated on the large four-way flange; when the clamp head connection is used, the accompanying oil pipe nipple and clamp are installed on the large flange on the clamp head. According to the different models of sucker rods and wax accumulation conditions, select wax scraper rubber cores and wax scraper blades of corresponding specifications, and adjust the squeezing force of the wax scraper blades on the sucker rods through the pressure adjustment screw in a timely manner, relying on the improvement of workover operations. The mechanism automatically and completely removes the crude oil and densely cemented wax, asphaltene and colloid on the outer wall of the sucker rod. At the same time, it can also discharge the scraped crude oil and cement in a direction through the slag discharge pipe.
