Product introduction:
Many oil fields in our country have entered the middle and late stages of exploitation, and the formation pressure has decreased, so they have to use small pump deep pumping technology. However, as the pump height increases, the working environment of the oil pump becomes even worse. Under the action of the high pressure difference between the inside and outside of the pump barrel (the difference between the inside and outside of some oil well pump barrels is nearly 20MPa or even higher), the pump barrel will expand and deform, so that the actual leakage amount of the oil pump during operation will exceed the theoretical leakage amount. Increasing will reduce pump efficiency. The series of ultra-deep low-leakage plunger pumps developed by our company can achieve zero internal and external pressure difference in the pump barrel during operation, which greatly improves the working environment of the oil pump and reduces the actual leakage
Structure and working principle:
This pump is based on the conventional whole-cylinder pump and is equipped with a load-bearing outer tube. The bottom end of the pump barrel is fixed on the outer tube and the upper end is suspended. When the oil pump is working, the annular space between the pump barrel and the outer tube will be filled with oil, and the pressure difference between the inside and outside is balanced, which greatly improves the working environment of the pump barrel.

Main Feature
